Our general inspection focuses on your visible condition of the house. It includes the electrical system, interiors, exteriors, heating and cooling systems as well as the grounds immediately adjacent to the structure. 

We provide a general report based on three reportable categories throughout the inspection: 

• Safety Hazards: Things that may pose a threat of bodily harm or serious injury if left unhandled such as improperly electrical wiring installation. 
• Items at the end of their useful lives: Things that need replacement because their useful lives have finish or almost finish. 
• Items not functioning properly: Such as broken switches, leaking faucets etc
